Am I allowed to offer copyrighted motifs?
After offering your products with a motif in your shop, you automatically guarantee to have the rights for it.
If you violate the trademark and / or copyright nonetheless, you are responsible for it.
The reason for this is, that all products are sold in the name of your shop, under your companys name.
