Do you send a shipping notification to my customers?

No, we do not send an automatic shipping confirmation to your customers.
You can view the tracking ID of an order in your Shirtee.Cloud dashboard and it will usually be automatically transferred to your store system. It depends on your shopsystem if and how automatic shipping notifications are sent to your customers. Please check the help pages of your system for more information.
