How to trigger a sample order and why does my wallet have to be charged?
You can easily place a sample order through your own shop. To not pay any additional fees when ordering, you can create for example a discount code of 100% that you redeem when purchasing.
We then offset our costs via your Shirtee wallet.
So that your order can be processed, make sure that your Shirtee Wallet is charged with at least โฌ 50.
We charge all costs (such as production and shipping costs) through your wallet.
As a shop operator, you receive the entire invoice amount from your customers.
Your order will only be produced and shipped by us, when your wallet is charged.
