Modern embroidery machines
Embroidery is one of the finest forms of textile finishing. Motifs are displayed three-dimensionally with bright and strong colors and appear very high quality. Even special colors such as gold or silver are possible. Thanks to multi-headed, modern and automated embroidery machines, almost all positions can be refined in this process.
Six common design Mistakes
Narrow lines and small texts
Avoid the use of very small letters due to the fact the embroidered text may not be readable. Keep the text at least 0.25” in height and at the least 0.05” thick.
The minimum recommended line thickness for the regular satin stitch is 0.05”. For thinner lines weโll use run stitch (a single line of stitches).
0.25” is equivalent to approximately 36pt, and the letters will also have the necessary thickness. But this depends on the font. We recommend using simple fonts like Arial, Helvetica, Myriad pro.

Gradients
Print designs do not work for embroidery, We can only embroider solid shapes and colors. Gradients wonโt work due to the fact we canโt transition from one shade thread to another.
You should convert gradients to a one-color graphic, and split multiple color design with gradients into solid colors.
